What is the returns process?
Please email orders@suzyqonline.co.za within 48 hours of delivery to advise of a return. Returns not submitted within 48 hours of delivery will not be valid.
Goods need to be in perfect store condition, unworn and with the original swing ticket attached. Returns received without swing tickets and not in their original condition are not valid.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) Suzy Q Online will issue you with a coupon to the value of your purchase to use against future purchases. Suzy Q Online does not offer cash refunds.

How are items sent back?
Return shipping is at expense of the buyer. Should you not have access to a courier Suzy Q Online can uplift your return items using our own courier company. The fee for this service will be deducted from your coupon.

What if there is a quality issue on an item?
All items go through a stringent quality control process prior to being sent out.
Should you have a quality issue please email images to orders@suzyqonline.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
Suzy Q Online’s Quality Assurance Team will evaluate the images and respond within 48 hours.
Should Suzy Q Online find it to be a valid quality issue we will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
* Suzy Q Online is not responsible for quality issues after prolonged use that are a result of normal wear and tear OR damage arising from incorrect washing of the item.
